Warranty service

1. New miner 90 days warranty is provided starting from the shipping date by Innosilicon in accordance with their terms and conditions.

2.We only offer a 30-days warranty on used machines from the time of delivery.

3. The following events will invalidate the warranty: Customer first removes/replaces any component privately; damage caused by lightning or voltage surges; scorched parts on a stray board or chip; miners/circuit boards/components infiltrate due to wet conditions Or corrosion and damage.

Logistics

1. We will deliver the goods by international express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
